Why don't the colors in the printable look the same as the picture in the shop?
There is such a wide range of monitor colors and printers - the colors can vary from what you see on the screen. All of this is beyond our control. Consult the user manual and see if there is any tweaking you can do on your end.
Why don't the colors in the physical item look the same as the picture in the shop?
There is a range of color on monitors. We have tried to depict items as accurately as we can but in the end cannot control how they look on your monitor. We will send you the item that was photographed - but due to variation of colors on different monitors they might vary slightly.
What is an SVG file?
SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic. Meaning you can make the graphic larger and smaller to suit your needs. SVG files load easily and cleanly into Cricut Design Space. The different colors of the file represent different layers or materials to the project. This is the easiest file to load because no additional tweaking is needed and you can make the design larger or smaller to suit your needs.
My file isn't downloading or won't open, can you help?
Try to open the file on a desktop computer rather than a mobile device or tablet. Some of the files are large and require an actual computer to open. Other graphic files (like SVGs) aren't easily viewed on a mobile device.
The file won't print. Can you help?
Make sure that you download the actual file to your computer and print it from your computer rather than the internet browser. This often solves most printing issues. also please note that printing from your browser can WARP the print size making the pattern wrong. Always double check print scale box on the pattern. If you cannot get the pdf file to print try sending to a friend, family member, or printing company to print. Please note that all patterns are currently designed for letter (8.5 by 11 inches) and printing on another size of paper can also warp the pattern.
I'm having technical issues with my files. Can you help?
Sorry no. Technical support is not included. Please use Google or talk to a tech savvy friend.
What license does my purchase include? How can I use these files?
All files are for personal use only and the personal license covers one person's use only. Fleece Fun retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of all products.
If you would like a commercial license to use files for profit or sale of any kind, please reach out to angel@fleecefun.com to discuss pricing for a commercial license.
What happens if a file I purchased gets updated?
Once you purchase a file, it is yours as long as this shop is open, and any updates I make to that particular file will be included as long as you haven't exceeded your download maximum.
